Please do not complete this process if you already have an Armidale or Guyra Library membership.

1. How do I join the library online?
   Read and Accept the Conditions of Membership.
   Fill in the online registration form.
   You will receive an email with an online membership number and password, which will allow you to access our online services immediately, such as downloadable books and talking books and our great range of databases.
   If you would like to borrow hardcopy items:
   
   • Visit the library (either Armidale Library or Guyra Library) with proof of current address e.g. Drivers licence, pension concession cards, lease, utility bills, bank statements .
   • You will then be issued with a membership card and have access to all of the resources available at that library.
     
     
2. Children under 18 years of age
   Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guarantor who agrees to be responsible for any fees and charges the child may incur. The guarantor must bring in identification as listed above.
   
   
3. Conditions of Membership
   I agree to pay for the loss of, or damage to, any items borrowed on the authority of this membership, give notice of any change of address, pay any charges incurred, observe all regulations, ordinances, by-laws and rules, and comply with any reasonable direction by the Library staff.
   
   
4. Privacy notification
   The personal details requested on this form are collected under the PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT 1998 – SECTION 10. The information collected will only be used by Armidale Library or Guyra Library. The supply of your personal information is voluntary, but if it is not provided in full, we may not accept your application for membership of the Library. Your details are not provided to any other individual or agency, except law-enforcement agencies who present a Subpoena. You have the right to access and amend your information by contacting staff in the Library. You may also access and amend the information directly online via the online catalogue.
   
   
5. Acceptance
   I accept that the presence of my record on the Library system is proof that I have agreed to abide by the above conditions.
